Both the Long Beach City Council and Technology & Innovation Commission are discussing issues relevant to the digital divide this week:
- On Tuesday afternoon, before the regularly-scheduled council meeting, the Long Beach City Council held a study session on critical needs in technology.
- On Wednesday, Oct. 24, the Technology & Innovation Commission will receive a presentation from the mayor’s office on the digital divide in Long Beach and its impact on residents. That meeting is open to the public and will take place at 3:30 p.m. in council chambers at 333 W. Ocean Blvd.
